Apple Cranberry Crepes With Praline Sauce (Part 1)

Crepes:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup water
3 eggs
3 to 4 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup and 1 tablespoon milk
3 tablespoons butter, melted

Mix flour and salt in a bowl. In a blender add remaining ingredients. Blend. Add flour and salt. Blend. Coat a small non-stick frying pan with oil. Wipe out with a paper towel. Add 1/2 cup mixture to pan. Cook about one minute. Turn and cook opposite side about one minute. These can be made ahead and frozen.
